Made with fresh peaches, thyme, and gin, this is the perfect after-work cocktail! Of course, it is great for summer days, BBQs, and as a relaxing drink in the evening. This recipe makes two drinks, so you can have one now and one later. Here’s what you need!

Ingredients

  • ½ fresh Peach, diced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Tonic Water

How to Make a Thyme and Tonic Cocktail

Step 1: In a shaker, muddle together the peach and thyme until a syrup forms. 

Step 2: Add in the gin and ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. 

Step 3: Strain into two cups, and top with tonic water. 

Step 4: Garnish with peaches and thyme, if desired.
