Balistreri Vineyards

If Balistreri Vineyards didn’t have wine, it would be a food destination. In fact, it may be a smart move to visit while you’re hungry so that you can enjoy one of the many amazing dishes that they have to offer. And, of course, pair your meal with a wine that is perfect for your meal.

Take a tour of this family owned facility and learn about the origin of this Denver based vineyard.

Bonacquisti Wine

One of the coolest things about Bonacquisti Wine is that it is the home of Denver Wine Radio, a podcast where the conversation is about all things wine and music. If you’re a fan of not only drinking wine, but the stories behind how it’s produced, tune into the show. Don’t laugh, but I listened to several episodes while working on this post!

Do you love vinyl? Then stop by Bonacquisti on a Thursday during their next Vinyl Thursday event. Enjoy listening to some great music while drinking glasses of wine and nibbling on $5 appetizers.

Bonacquisti is also the only tasting room that asks what wine are you pairing with your favorite tamale? And, they only use Colorado local grapes.

Deep Roots also offers ciders for those of you who would like to switch things up during your visit.

Enjoy your wine with baked brie, an artisan pizza, or one of the many pasta dishes on the menu. I also love the fact that they offer a happy hour as well.
