How to Make Baileys Jello Shots
Making Baileys Jello shots is pretty easy to do. Not only are they delightfully delicious, but they look classy too. Here’s how you do it!
Begin with Prepping. You will line the baking dish with plastic wrap.
Next, whisk the coffee, sugar and gelatin packets. Add the coffee to a medium-sized bowl. Add the sugar whisking as you add it into the coffee. Continue whisking when you add in 2 packets of unflavored gelatin. Continue to whisk but increase the speed to make sure that there no clumps.
Pour this into the prepared baking dish.
Put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. (Or until the gelatin is firm).
Using the wooden skewer poke holes in the surface of the coffee gelatin. (Do not skip this step as it will help the seal the layers together.)
Add 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream to a saucepan heating it on the stovetop until it almost comes to a simmer.
Slowly add in 3 packets of unflavored gelatin briskly whisking. (Continue to whisk until there are no clumps.)
Pour the remaining Baileys into the saucepan continuing to whisk until the mixture is completely blended.
Slowly pour the Baileys gelatin over the coffee gelatin.
Put this into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until it is completely firm.
Once the gelatin is firm gently lift the sheet of gelatin out of the pan by the edges of the plastic wrap.
Transfer the gelatin onto a countertop.
Using a round cookie cutter cut out circles of the 2 layers of gelatin.
Transfer to the refrigerator.
Whipping Cream Instructions
Add the chilled heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla to the chilled mixing bowl.
Attach the chilled whisk to the electric mixer whipping the ingredients on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes. (Or until medium peaks form)
Add the piping tip in the piping bag.

Remove the Baileys jello shots from the refrigerator.
Add a whipped cream dollop to each jello shot.
