Bailey’s Irish Cream is an Irish Whisky. This cream-based liqueur contains 17% alcoholic content. It was created by Tom Jao of Gilbeys Ireland. Bailey’s Irish Cream was first introduced in 1974.

You will find that most cream liqueurs compare with Bailey’s and are around 15-20% alcohol content. The great thing about Bailey’s is that even though it is cream-based, it stays well preserved up to 24 months from the day it is bottled. So, you don’t have to worry about using it all at once.

Baily’s Irish Cream has taken over winter months since the early 1970s. And, this trend is predicted to take over Christmas as well (Bailey’s with Eggnog?). • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 3 oz cooled strong coffee
  ice

2. Shake to combine.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
