What makes these jello shots extra unique is how similar they taste to snickerdoodle cookies! Oh snickerdoodle cookies, who doesn’t love them! Soft-chewy and covered in delicious cinnamon!

The only thing that makes a snickerdoodle even better, is alchaol! Obviously.

These shots have Bailey’s Irish cream, butterscotch schnapps, and Kahlua coffee liqueur. All creamy and delicious!

Garnishing Your Jello Shots

For garnishing you jello shots we recommend grabbing some whipped cream, cinnamon, and some mini snickerdoodle cookies! 

If you have some time you can bake your own snickerdoodles and garnish your shots or even serve on the side.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Chill Time: 2 – 3 hours

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 4 Envelopes of Knox Gelatin 
  • 8 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 2 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur 
  • ¼ cup Cold Water 
  • Garnish: Whipped cream, snickerdoodle cookies, and cinnamon.

Directions

  1. Using a large bowl, combine the Bailey’s, butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua, and cold water.
  2. Boil 2 cups of water in a medium size pot.
  3. In the large bowl, whisk in the 4 envelopes of knox gelatin, stirring until combined.
  4. Pour in the 2 cups of boiling water and stir to combine.
  5. Poor the jello mix evenly into the jello shot cups
  6. Move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours.
  7. Just before serving, top with whipped cream, small snickerdoodle cookie, and sprinkle cinnamon on top
  8. Enjoy!
