Ingredients
- 2 cups Boiling Water
- 4 Envelopes of Knox Gelatin
- 8 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- 2 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- ¼ cup Cold Water
- Garnish: Whipped cream, snickerdoodle cookies, and cinnamon.
Directions
- Using a large bowl, combine the Bailey’s, butterscotch Schnapps, Kahlua, and cold water.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a medium size pot.
- In the large bowl, whisk in the 4 envelopes of knox gelatin, stirring until combined.
- Pour in the 2 cups of boiling water and stir to combine.
- Poor the jello mix evenly into the jello shot cups
- Move the cups to the refrigerator to chill for 2-3 hours.
- Just before serving, top with whipped cream, small snickerdoodle cookie, and sprinkle cinnamon on top
- Enjoy!
