Create Your Salted Caramel Pumpkin Martini

Planning a fall party, Halloween party, or just dreaming about fall? Well you better whip up a few of these bad boys. Honestly…who doesn’t love pumpkin pie flavored drinks! This creamy delicious Martini has bold flavors of Caramel and pumpkin, which just screams fall to us. Not to mention you add some caramel sauce to your glass and top it off with whipped cream! AMAZING!

Seriously, you have to try this. Even if it’s not fall time, this drink should be made. If you wish to make it during another time of year and can’t find Bailey’s pumpkin pie flavor, don’t worry just use regular Bailey’s and add a touch more pumpkin pie filling or pumpkin pie spice also works well.

Can You Make a Salted Caramel Pumpkin Mocktail?

Absolutely! We strongly encourage having a mocktail version if you plan to have guests over. Ensure you mark them so guests know which drink is safe to have if they aren’t drinking.

To turn our Martini into a mocktail you will need to substitute out your Bailey’s and Carmel Liqueur.

Pumpkin Spice Baileys: Replace your 1 1/2 oz of Bailey’s with 1 oz of chocolate milk and 1/2 oz of pumpkin coffee creamer. This will create a creamy pumpkin flavor. If you want to skip the coffee cream, use pumpkin pie spice!

Salted Caramel Liqueur: Replace your Liqueur with 1 oz of regular white milk, any percentage will do. Add a pinch of sea salt and add some caramel sauce to mix with milk before adding to drink.

All other ingredients will remain the same. You can play with this recipe to find one that works best for you. If chocolate milk is too sweet consider using regular milk. This mocktail will be very creamy regardless of what you add in it.

How About a Milkshake?

Something about this recipe screams…make it a milkshake! This is a great option if you want to create a alcohol free version. You would simply add vanilla ice-cream with your caramel and pumpkin.

If you want to keep it Alcohol friendly you will need a good blender, add all your ingredients as is but scoop in 4 to 6 large tablespoons of vanilla ice-cream. Blend for 30 seconds. If it’s not the right texture add more ice cream. You can also use caramel ice cream or pumpkin if you are able to find.

Whichever method you choose we know it’ll be AMAZING!
