Creating Your Ultimate Summer Escape Drink

To create this ultimate summer escape drink you will need to make each flavor before combing them all. We broke down each flavor layer into categories: Cherry, Coconut, and Pineapple. Once you mix each layer together you can combine and garnish with your cherries, pineapple stems, wiped cream, and of course your delicious coconut on the rim. Don’t worry it may seem complicated but it’s really not! Just have lots of ice and a good blender on hand.

Cherry Pina Colada Mocktail

To turn your Cherry Pina Colada into a mocktail you will need to replace each layers Rum with an alternative. For our regular rum that IS found in both the Cherry and Pineapple layers we suggest simply using a soda water or sparkling water. For the Malibu rum in your coconut layer we suggest using 2 oz of coconut water and 2 oz of pineapple juice. All other ingredients can remain the same. Frozen Cherry Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients

Cherry

• 1 cup of frozen Cherries
• 4 oz rum
• 1 oz Cherry syrup
• 1 cup Pina Colada Mix

Coconut

• 4 oz Malibu coconut rum
• 1 ½ cups Cream of Coconut
• 1 cup Pina Colada Mix
• 3 cups of ice

Pineapple

• 2 oz rum
• 2 oz Pineapple juice
• 2 cups of ice

Garnish

• Cherries
• Pineapple Stems
• Wiped Cream
• Coconut for Rim

Instructions

Cherry Instructions

1. Blend frozen cherries, rum, cherry syrup, Pina Colada mix, until it is a smooth consistency.
2. Pour your pineapple mixture into a bowl.
3. Set to the side

Pineapple Instructions

1. Add the rum, pineapple juice, and ice in a blender and blend until it is a smooth consistency.
2. Pour your pineapple mixture into the bowl with the cherry mixture.
3. Set to the side

Coconut Instructions

1. In a blender, blend the Malibu, coconut cream, pina colada mix, and ice, until it is a smooth consistency.
2. Add your coconut mixture to the bowl with the cherry and pineapple mixture.

Finishing Touches

1. Use a small spatula and lightly toss the mixtures together.
2. Rim your glasses with coconut
3. Add the cocktail mix to the glasses
4. Garnish your drinks.
