This martini cocktail recipe is super easy to make and definitely one of the most fun. Here is what you need to get yoru holiday started right!
Naughty Elf Cocktail Ingredients
This recipe makes Makes 1 8oz. drink
What you Need for the Drink
- 4 ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
- 3 oz. Coconut Rum
- 1 ½ tsp grenadine
- Handful of ice
What You Need for the Rim
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp coconut rum (I used Cruzan)
- ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
How to Make the Cocktail
Prepare the toppings for the rim of the glass by mixing the confectioner’s sugar and 1 tsp rum until
smooth. (Now you know the secret! This is how we’re going to stick the coconut flakes to the rim.)
Place on a small plate big enough to fit the mouth of your glass. Take another plate and add the
shredded coconut.
Dip your glass into the powdered sugar mixture and immediately dip into the shredded coconut. Shake
off the excess coconut flakes and set glass aside.
Fill a shaker about halfway with ice and add in the cranberry juice, rum, and grenadine.
Place the lid on and shake for about 10-15 seconds or until nice and chilled.
Strain the drink into the glass, while the elf watches, of course.
Garnish with a peppermint stick and enjoy!
He’s still watching you.
….still watching.
