Seaboard Wine at HighPark Village has been around for 22 years, making them the longest running independent wine store in Raleigh. At the same time, this wine establishment is highly rated for quality and service.
You will find that they usually have around 12 of their best selections of different wines in their tasting area that they switch up often. They offer huge discounts on their cases or mix-match cases of delicious wines that you can stock up on.

The Raleigh Wine Shop brings a unique experience to wine lovers, offering a large selection of premium wines from around the world that they are most proud of.

When it comes to wine tasting, it would not be right if we didn’t mention a vineyard that produces some of North Carolina’s finest wines. On the outskirts of Raleigh North Carolina, Adams Vineyards is located on a farm. It has a rich history of producing many different crops, including cotton and tobacco, since the 1700’s.
Make sure you roll down your window when you arrive. You will want to catch the aroma of the grapes when you enter the property. Adams Vineyards harvest Muscadine grapes; a dark purple grape, that was the first grape cultivated in North America hundreds of years ago.
The Muscadine grape typically is produced into a sweet wine. Adams has found a way to yield a dry, oaked, semi-dry, and semi-sweet wines all from the same grape. Adams Vineyard has many award-winning fine wines that they have in their tasting bar that you are sure to enjoy.
Chatham Hill Winery
This little winery prides itself as the first winery in the Raleigh area, opening its doors back in 1999. Chatham Hill Winery uses nothing less than the highest quality of grapes from North Carolina, fermenting them, controlling the conditions in the aging process to bring a well blended and balanced quality wine.
They have a fantastic winery facility that is used for wine tasting during the day. It can be used for wedding rehearsals, birthdays, and every other occasion at night. You can’t go wrong heading to Chatham Hill Winery for your next wine tasting. I can taste and smell the wine already!
