Rosemary is such an underrated herb for cocktail! It has bold peppery and woodsy flavors making it the perfect herb to infuse a cocktail with, especially Gin. When mixed with gin that has such a nice pine-like taste with a mild bitterness after taste you get this amazing flavor combination. This cocktail adds citrus and tartness from lemon and sweetness from honey! Toss on some soda water to create the fizz and you have a delicious cocktail everyone will love!

How About a Mocktail?

Obviously having the option of a mocktail is always a great plan. For this one you have two options. 1. Buy non alcoholic Gin to keep the same flavor profile. This is great for adults that aren’t drinking due to personal reason. For the younger crowd consider replacing your gin with ginger ale and adding a bit more rosemary. If the kids are really young they may not want too much of the rosemary taste in the end. Play with it and find the perfect amount for your guests. All other ingredients can remain the same!

Rosemary Gin Fizz Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 lemon slice
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • 3 ounces club soda

‌Directions:

  1. Add 1 spring of rosemary & lemon juice and muddle.
  2. Add ice cubes.

  1. Pour in your gin

Ingredients

  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 lemon slice
