Our recipe makes two delicious shooters but you can easily double or triple our recipe and create a batch of these for friends and family that come over. Ensure you take your ice-cream out prior to making so it’s softer and easier to mix with our ingredients. If you don’t have a blender don’t worry! Just add to a large mixing bowl or pitcher and stir well! Have some fun and enjoy your delicious shooter.
Shooter Alternatives
Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream is one of our favorite ice-creams! It’s packed full of cherries and fudge bits making it irresistible both in this shooter and on it’s own! If you are having trouble finding this popular Ice-Cream you can use regular vanilla ice-cream and cut up some cherry pieces; both maraschino or fresh cherries will work. Chop up some dark chocolate and mix well with your vanilla ice cream.
When it comes to your alcohol you can also use some alternatives if you aren’t able to track them down; whipped cream vodka you can use regular vodka with whipped cream mixed in. For your white chocolate liqueur you can use vodka as your base and mix white chocolate syrup (or melt white chocolate pieces and mix in vanilla) This is exactly the flavor profile of this type of liqueur.
Lastly, Garnish you can do whatever you want for this one we love whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and cherries but you can really do whatever you wish. Since it’s an ice-cream based shooter consider a little Ice-cream bar of different toppings for guests to pick! Make it a fun evening.

Create a non-alcoholic option for guests by removing your Whipped cream vodka and Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur! Mix in 4 tbsp of whipped cream and 1/2 cup of blended white chocolate. Mix well before adding to a drink. This will add your whipped cream flavor and white chocolate. Increase your ice cream amount from 1 cup to 1.5 to 2 cups demanding what texture you wish. If you find it too thick add some milk! This will create a delicious milkshake type drink for everyone to enjoy!

- 4 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
- 2 oz Smirnoff whipped cream vodka
- Fresh whipped cream
- Mini chocolate chips
- Maraschino Cherries
- Chocolate syrup
- 2 – 2 oz shot glasses
Directions
- Pour about â…› C of chocolate syrup onto a plate
- Rim the shot glasses in the chocolate syrup
- Using a blender, combine the cherry Garcia ice cream, white chocolate liqueur, and the whipped cream. Blend until combined and creamy
- Divide the shot between the two glasses
