With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, it’s the perfect time to make this decadent Chocolate Strawberry Martini.

Whether you are having a romantic dinner at home, or looking for an after dinner drink, this chocolate strawberry martini is sure to be a hit.

With just three ingredients, it’s quick and easy to make, but seriously delicious. You also don’t have to be a chocolate lover to enjoy this martini.

The main ingredient is Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream, which is absolutely delicious on its’ own served over ice.

It’s like strawberry milk, with a kick! Isn’t the pink color just perfect for Valentine’s Day too? Martinis are one of my favorite things to make.

Probably because the combinations are endless and they don’t require a ton of ingredients. I first tried Tequila Rose at my sister’s house on Thanksgiving.

We enjoyed it as a shot after dessert. I will say it’s best served chilled.

Here is all that you need to make this Chocolate Strawberry Martini:

Chocolate Strawberry Martini Ingredients

2 ounces Tequila Rose
1 ounce Chocolate Liqueur
1 ounce Baileys
Chocolate Chips (optional)

How To Make A Chocolate Strawberry Martini

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Step 2

Pour Tequila Rose, chocolate liqueur and Bailey’s into cocktail shaker.

Step 3

Shake until well combined.

Step 4

Rim martini glass with melted chocolate (optional).

Step 5

Pour the ice cold cocktail into the martini glass and serve immediately.
