Easy Margarita Jello Shots: Raspberry Flavored

Everyone loves a good jello shot. I mean let’s face it; they are the go-to party shot. Whether you are having a New Years party, a birthday party, a bachelor party, or a bachelorette party, these easy Margarita Jello Shots are a raspberry-flavored delight! 

Ingredients/supplies:

• 1 – 3-ounce package raspberry gelatin
• 1 cup of water
• ½ cup tequila
• ½ cup margarita mix
• 16 – 2-ounce plastic mini cups with lids
• Limes (optional)

How to Make it Eco-Friendly

If you plan on topping your raspberry flavored jello shots with a lime anyways, you can make these jello shots completely eco-friendly. Instead of using the rind, you can cut the limes out of the rinds. Use the rinds as mini cups instead of buying plastic cups. This is a great way to have fun while protecting the environment. 

How to Make Easy Margarita Jello Shots

These raspberry-flavored jello shots are absolutely delicious, but they are also super easy to make.  Here’s what you need to do! 

First, add gelatin mixture to a medium-size bowl

Then, boil water.

Next, add boiling water to gelatin mix, stir very well. 

Add tequila and margarita mix.

Stir well! 

Once the jello is mixed, line a tray with the plastic mini cups.

Pour easy Margarita Jello Shots mixture into a large measuring cup (for easier pouring), and pour into plastic mini cups, filling about 2/3 of the cup.

Refrigerate your easy Margarita Jello Shots for 2-3 hours.

(optional lime garnish) Slice the lime, then cut each slice into quarters. Cut a small slit into the center of each quartered lime slice and slide onto the top of each plastic mini cup.
