- 2 oz Peppermint Kahlua
- 2 oz Cognac (or Brandy)
- Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Sauce
- After Eights to Garnish
Instructions
Prepare hot chocolate according to the package instructions, in two 12 oz mugs or in a saucepan. Add 1 oz each of Peppermint Kahlua and Cognac to each serving. Top with whipped cream, garnish with chocolate sauce and serve with an After Eight. Note that the mint chocolate will melt if you put it in the hot chocolate!
