The Best Alcohol Infused Peanut Butter Drink
Peanut butter is too often left out of the conversation when it comes to sweet, boozy delights. Thankfully, this spiked hot cocoa gives us peanut butter lovers something to celebrate! Since it’s so straightforward to make, you won’t have much trouble at all finding the right ingredients. There’s a lot of room for your own preference, especially when it comes to hot chocolate mix.
There’s nothing wrong with the good old Nestle or Swiss Miss, but there’s a couple that I think go perfectly with peanut butter. Two good, robust hot chocolate powders that compliment peanut butter well are Abuletta’s, and Land O’ Lakes hot chocolates. The flavor choice is up to you, but these both provide a smooth, velvety texture that goes incredibly well with peanut butter, as well as the other ingredients.
What is Crème de Cacao?
In short order, it’s chocolate liqueur. You’ve probably had the opportunity to sample different liqueur, from cream based ones like Baileys, to the more unique like Jägermeister’s herbal liqueur. No matter what your favorite is, you’re going to love the combination of toasty hot chocolate mix combined with crème de cacao. This chocolate liqueur is delightful and easy-drinking, making for a light and enjoyable sweet boozy hot chocolate.
