Have you been to Disney Epcot or heard of it? It’s pretty amazing! Epcot stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow and opened in 1982 in Orlando Florida. It consists of exciting attractions, international cuisine, themed festivals, live entertainment and so much more.
They have 11 pavilions located there and one of them is the United Kingdom, which is where our Dragon cocktail is from. Disney Welsh Dragon Cocktail Mocktail Option
If you plan on serving drinks to those who don’t drink alcohol consider making a mocktail version. Omit peach schnapps and replace with regular peach juice, replace melon liqueur with melon juice, and lastly omit Crème De Menthe with 3 oz of cream (or milk) and add some mint flavoring. Taste test before deciding on the amount of mint.
This will leave it with similar flavors without the alcohol! If you find it very sweet swimply add less juices.
You can also consider adding real peaches and melon instead. Blend them up and add – this will give it a more of a smoothie texture.
