  • Rinse the maraschino cherries, and place in a container with ½ cup peppermint schnapps. Cover and let soak overnight, or at least 4 hours. Shake the container several times.
  • Drain the schnapps from the cherries, and gently pat then dry.

  • Melt the white chocolate until creamy, add in a bit of coconut oil if needed.

  • Dip each cherry into the white chocolate twice, and then drag the bottom through the crushed peppermint candy.
  • Set on wax paper, and let the chocolate firm.
  • Keep away from children, and enjoy!
