Vodka Substitutions in Jello Shots

You can use any liquor out there to create these jello shots. Rum, tequila, and even wine. So if you aren’t a fan of vodka and want to have a few liquor options feel free to mix up a batch using a different kind.

Strawberry Jello Shots Recipe

Prep Time: 5 min
Chill Time: 4 hours
Makes: 12 Jello Shots

Ingredients

• 1 (3 oz) package of strawberry jello
• 1 cup boiling water
• ½ cup cold water
• ½ cup vodka
• 2 oz. containers with lids
• Whipped cream
• Approximately 16 fresh strawberries

Instructions

1. Prep shots containers by placing them in a muffin tin.

2. Add Jello mix to a large mixing bowl. 

3. Stir in boiling water, and mix for 2 minutes or until Jello is dissolved.
4. Add in cold water and vodka. 
5. Pour Jello into 2 oz. containers, and top with lids. 

6. Refrigerate 4 hours. 
7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry or strawberry slices
