The Weirdest Vodka Flavors You’ve Ever Heard Of

I love vodka. It’s versatile – you can mix it into a bunch of delicious drinks, it’s low carb so you can still get drunk on a keto diet (or, you know, if you’re diabetic), and it’s a natural antiseptic just in case you get yourself into a tight spot. It also comes in weird flavors. So weird, in fact, that I had to compile an entire list of the weirdest vodka flavors you’ve ever heard of.

The Weirdest Vodka Flavors You’ve Ever Heard Of

Now, you’re not going to be surprised to hear about flavored vodka. Smirnoff makes some of the more popular vodka flavor varieties and chances are you’ve had these yourself. Right now the company makes the following flavours: Nordic berry, coffee-flavored, peppermint, sour green apple, sour fruit punch, sour watermelon, sour berry lemon, dark roasted espresso, and root-beer.

Some of those are already getting a little bit weird, honestly, but berry, coffee, and peppermint type flavors are found pretty typically across vodka brands. Don’t worry, though, I found the weirdest vodka flavors out there.

PB&J Flavored Vodka

I’m not sure if Van Gogh would be happy or not about this strange vodka infusion made by the brand of the same name. Apparently it smells like peanuts with a hint of raspberry (thankfully they know what the best PB&J jam choice is) but tastes more raspberry-almond-vanilla. In short, not a good choice if you have a peanut allergy.

Enjoy it in: a PB&J frappe blended with ice cream, milk, a banana, peanut butter, and jam.

Dill Pickle Flavored Vodka

When you think vodka naturally your first logical pairing is dill pickles… right? Well apparently this is something that Canada brought you thanks to our other vodka infused drink – the Caesar. Turns out in Saskatchewan they put pickle juice in their Caesars (because why wouldn’t they) so the Saskatchewan distiller Last Mountain decided to save everyone a step.

Enjoy it in: A Ceasar of course!

Bacon Vodka

This vodka is made by a company appropriately named “Bakon Vodka”. Seeing as there’s bacon flavored everything else it’s only natural this delicious meat would make its way to alcohol. Now you can enjoy bacon in the evening too! Mixed right it might be pretty good.

Enjoy it in: Bacon chocolate martini. (2 oz bacon vodka, 2 oz chocolate liqueur, 1 oz irish cream, splash of cream)

Hot Jalapeno Vodka (Stolichnaya)

Have you ever taken a shot of vodka and thought to yourself “this doesn’t burn enough”? Well have I found the vodka flavor for you! Seriously though, it’s the perfect vodka for someone who likes things spicy. We all have that one friend. (Maybe it’s you.)

Enjoy it in: Lemonade!

Cinnabon Vodka

Pinnacle decided to take one of my favorite alcohols and infuse it with one of my favored desserts and somehow I’m just now learning this is a thing. Cinnabon flavored vodka? Sounds delicious! You could sip this one or mix it to make your new favorite cocktail. Pinnacle also makes a cookie dough flavored vodka just in case you need more dessert-infused drinks in your life.

Enjoy it in: Honey bun cocktail. Mix equal parts Cinnabon vodka and honey flavored whiskey with two parts lemon sour.

Buttered Popcorn Flavored Vodka

You don’t need to go to the movie theatre to enjoy the buttery taste of popcorn, apparently. This amazing flavor is from 360 Vodka, the company that also brought you glazed donut flavored vodka. The weirdest part about this vodka isn’t the flavor, though – it’s apparently naturally flavored. How.

Enjoy it in: A shot made from ⅔ Buttered Popcorn Vodka, ⅓ caramel syrup.

Froot Loops Flavored Vodka

Beckoned by the alluring siren call of sugary cereals that no self respecting adult should be eating? Maintain your maturity by indulging in Three Olives Loopy Vodka. It tastes like Saturday morning cartoons and a bright future still ahead of you. Ah, those were the days.

Enjoy it in: Sprite or your favorite childhood juice.

Literally All the Oddka Types by Wyborowa

This company literally has a line of weird vodka flavors they call “Oddka”. These include salty caramel popcorn, apple pie, wasabi, and even fresh cut grass. The weirdest flavor they’ve offered though? Electricity. Apparently it tastes a bit like “blue” and steel wool. Gross.

Enjoy it in: Screw it, take these as straight shots. What the heck do you mix fresh cut grass or electricity with?

Smoked Salmon Vodka

This abomination is Alaska’s attempt at a signature drink. Apparently they smoke the fish using a secret process and then remove the skins and grind those puppies up before adding it to concentrated ethanol. That yummy fish juice is then infused with vodka to make this strange vodka flavor.

Enjoy it in: Alaska or if you are unable to, at least in something like a Bloody Mary.

Bubblegum Vodka

This one might be my next vodka to try. Three Olives makes a Bubblegum infused vodka which sounds absolutely delicious. In my opinion vodka is at its best when combined with something sweet. Probably a great addition to your bachelorette party or if you’re the kind of guy who likes to drink things loaded up with sweetness (like me). I’m not judging.

Enjoy it with: Make some bubblegum vodka lemonade by mixing frozen pink lemonade, club soda, and this vodka.

Blueberry Pancake Vodka

If you’re a little more sophisticated than the Froot Loops vodka but still want to be reminded of breakfast while you down vodka shots then this blueberry pancake vodka from Mama Walker’s is the vodka for you. Apparently it tastes like blueberries, pancakes, and of course – maple syrup.

Enjoy it with: Make a blueberry pancake vodka martini with 2 oz blueberry vodka, 1 ½ oz butterscotch schnapps, and 1 ½ oz Frangelico liqueur.

Scorpion Vodka

What can I even say about this strange vodka infusion from Skorppio Vodka? It’s not exactly a vodka flavor but probably tastes a bit scorpion-y since there is a real, actual, scorpion inside the bottle. Don’t worry though – according to their website it contains “[..] clean, pesticide-free, farm-raised scorpions. Their venom has been removed-they are ready to be enjoyed.”

Enjoy it with: A tribal ceremony for young men and women to attract new lovers, or an amazing amount of courage.

There are so many other weird vodka flavours out there that are just waiting to be tried. Leave me a comment if I missed anything, or if you have anything to say about the weird options in this list. Now I’m off to see how many of these they sell at my local liquor store..
