What’s With Rose Wine?

Many people are obsessed with Rose Wine for many reasons. I wanted to share some of the reasons that I’m obsessed with this wine.

Affordable

Just because you want to host a wine party, it doesn’t mean you want to spend a ton of money. Most bottles of Rose wine are less than $10. That means you can grab a few bottles of wine and from there, you can easily have a decent party with lots of wine.

Sophisticated

Rose wine isn’t labeled as being a cheap meaningless wine. Instead, it’s often classified as being a more sophisticated wine. Cheap tasting wine is a thing of the past with Rose wine. It may be inexpensive, but it doesn’t taste cheap big difference.

Food Friendly

Another reason to stand behind serving Rose wine at your wine party is that it goes with almost any type of food out there. That means, if you want to host a BBQ party, you can do so and serve Rose wine.

I think with Rose Wine, you’re able to have a fun party! It doesn’t have to be super fancy, but it can be super fun. So, keep reading to discover how you can make your Rose wine party even better. Plus, you may discover some new Rose wines along the way.

Put Together a Kick Ass Charcuterie Board

One of my favorite things to do, when I host a wine party, is to put together a charcuterie board. These boards are so flexible and you can do so much with them. Since Rose wines are flexible with the type of food you’re serving, you can really have fun with what you add to the board.

Pick a Few Foods

The important part of a Charcuterie board is that you pick a few foods that you think everyone will love. These boards have a variety of foods on them. We’re talking veggies, pickles, fruits, and anything in between. Pick a few foods you think your guests will love!

Dips Galore

Another fun part of a Charcuterie board is that you can add dips to it. By adding dips, your guests can dip their fruits and veggies. It just adds a new level of elegance. Plus, these boards are mess and stress-free. You set them up a people eat from them, it’s pretty simple.

Cheese & Meats

If you’re stuck on what to serve at your Rose Wine party, then you should go with a variety of cheeses and meats. You can go to your local deli and grab a ton of these items. Put them on the board and serve. I like to add olives or pickles to my board to help make it that much more delicious. Where to Have the Rose Wine Party

One of the big questions is where you have the Rose Wine party. The logical place would be to have it at your house. Your home would provide the most comfortable location for a wine party. You can have a party in the main part of your house, but you could also branch outside and have it in your yard.

You could have the Rose wine party in your basement or in your seasonal room. If you’re really running out of places to have it, head to your garage. There is no right or wrong for where you can have your party.

Next, consider having a picnic for your wine party. Some beaches allow you to have alcohol on property, other beaches don’t. You can also consider a park of some sort. There are lots of options for having a Rose Wine Party!

The Many Types of Rose Wine

While there are many types of Rose wine out there, I have a small list of types of wine that I love that are in the rose wine category. Check out the many types of wine that I love!

Tempranillo Rose – This is a savory type of Rose wine. It grows in Spain and you can expect a pale pink hue. It’s a very pretty wine and would perfect for your wine party.

Syrah Rose – This is another savory type of rose wine. This type of rose wine is going to be deep colors or Ruby. You’ll find notes of cherry, strawberry, green olive, and white pepper. Some would say this has a funky taste, but all over still very tasty.

Provence Rose – Another one of my favorite wines is called Provence Rose and it is a wine that is crisp, dry, and delicious. Many would say that this is a wine that’s perfect with a burger. The aromas of this wine include rose petal, watermelon, and strawberry.

Pinot Noir Rose – Another favorite rose wine I love to have for parties is this wine. I would describe this as a very bright and acidic wine. Overall it’s a soft wine with aromas of wet stone, watermelon, and raspberries.

I hope these tips help you when you’re trying to put together an awesome Rose wine party for your friends. Planning a wine party is actually a lot of fun. Once you decide what you’re going to serve, it gets even more fun!
