In this recipe, you are just mixing plain Vodka with lemonade. However, you could use a lemon flavored Vodka as well. With that being said, there are a variety of different Vodka brands to choose from. Vodka is pretty versatile and most people will buy Smirnoff or whatever is cheaper. 2oz (1 shot) Vodka
6oz lemonade
Ice
Lemon wedges for garnishment, if desired

How to Make a Vodka Lemonade Cocktail

This recipe is super simple to make. In fact, you can just dump and drink if you want to.

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour vodka and lemonade into it and shake well.

Step 2

Fill a glass with ice and pour mixture in.

Step 3

Garnish with lemon wedges or slices if desired.

Alternatively, you can skip the cocktail shaker and just fill a glass with ice, then pour vodka and lemonade in and stir well.
