Making Your Whiskey Brownies
The smell of Brownies is one of our favorite smells. These delicious brownies not only smell amazing but they taste EVEN better.
What makes these brownies so special? They use Skrewball Whiskey which is the original Peanut butter infused Whiskey.
Not to mention the most amazing Peanut Butter frosting. Because really? Who doesn’t love chocolate and Peanut Butter together.
What’s Screwball Whiskey?
Are you sitting here wondering what Skrewball Whiskey is? No worries!
This Whiskey is a little on the newer side. It was introduced to the public in 2018 in San Diego, California and is now found across the US, Caribbean, and Canada.
What makes this Whiskey so unique and cool? Well it’s infused with Peanut Butter!
The best way to describe this whiskey? A little salty, a little sweet, a little savory, and always smooth.

Recipe For Whiskey Brownies and Peanut Butter Frosting
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cool Time: 28-30 minutes
- Cooling Time: 30 minutes
- Total Tine: 1 hour, 5 minutes
Ingredients
Whiskey Brownie Ingredients:
- 2 (19.9 oz) boxes of Betty Crocker Dark Chocolate Brownies
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Skrewball Whiskey
- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Chocolate chips
- ½ C Peanut Butter Chips
Peanut Butter Frosting Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Skrewball Whiskey
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
Directions
Whiskey Brownie Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 9×13″ glass or ceramic baking dish with cooking spray
- Add both boxes of brownie mix in a large bowl.
- Stir in water, oil, whiskey and eggs, Stir to combine.
- Stir ½ C chocolate chips and ½ C peanut butter chips in the batter.
- Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and top with the remaining chocolate chips and peanut butter chips
- Insert toothpick in the center of the brownies, if comes out clean the brownies are done.
- Remove from the oven.
- Set aside to cool.
Peanut Butter Frosting Directions:
- Combine the butter, powdered sugar, Skrewball whiskey and peanut butter in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Whip on high with a paddle attachment for 5 minutes.
- Frost when brownies have cooled with buttercream.
- Enjoy!
