Dalgona Coffee

Kahlua or Baileys Dalgona Coffee?

Both Kahlua and Baileys make a delicious spiked coffee. They are both coffee based liquors, however, they are a little different from each other.

Kahlua

When you use Kahlua in your coffee, it is kind of like a black coffee with booze. Additionally, Kahlua has a much stronger flavor than Baileys. This is because it has a higher alcohol content. Kahlua is coffee flavored in a rum based. It is made with smashed Arabica coffee beans, caramelized sugar or corn syrup, and vanilla beans.

Baileys

When you use Baileys, its like having black coffee with cream and booze. Thus, Bailey’s is creamier then Kahlua. Although it is served with coffee, it is not coffee flavored. Bailey’s is made in an Irish Whiskey base, caramelized sugar or corn syrup and Cream. Therefore, it gives you more of a creamy toasted caramel flavor.

Therefore, when choosing between Dolgona Coffee with Kahlua or Baileys, you will want to decide on the flavor and strength of the drink.
