Ingredients Boozy Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade
You only need a few ingredients for this delicious cocktail. Here’s what you need:
- 2 cups of strawberries (keep some for garnish.)
- OR 1.5 cups strawberry puree
- 2 cups of pineapple diced (keep some for garnish.)
- 4 large lemons juicedÂ
- 2 cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup vodka
- Ice
Can I Use pre-made Lemonade Instead?
Instead of using water, sugar, and juiced lemons, you could use a pre-made lemonade instead. You can use 2 cups of a pre-made lemonade to mix with your strawberries, pineapple, vodka, and ice.
Can I Use Frozen Fruit?
I prefer to use fresh strawberries and pineapple because I feel like it gives this drink a sweeter flavor. However, if you only have frozen strawberries and pineapple, then you can use that instead. Use the same amount of frozen fruit as you would fresh fruit.
What Vodka Should I Use for My Boozy Strawberry Pineapple Lemonade?
We all have our favorite brand of liquor. I prefer to use Smirnoff Vodka. However, since this is a cocktail, you can use any vodka you prefer. In fact, if you want to add a little more flavor, you can try flavored vodkas as well.
For more of a lemony taste, you can get Absolut Citron Vodka. But, if you like the sweetness of a strawberry, you could add some Svedka Vodka Strawberry. Of course, we can’t leave out the Smirnoff Vodka Pineapple that you can use if you want a little more of a pineapple flavor.
The great thing about vodka is that you can transform any recipe into a better one with all the different flavors you have to choose from. Mix and match it to try different new varieties of this delicious cocktail.
