What Tequila Should I Use?

Since this is a cocktail, you do not need top shelf tequila. However, I would choose a tequila you prefer. My favorite is 1800 Tequila Silver. I find that it mixes well in just about any cocktail, and it is great if you just want to take shots. When you are making a cocktail, it is best to use a silver tequila as opposed to the gold. It tends to blend better with the cocktail. However, if you prefer a gold, then go ahead and use it.

What Rum Should I Use?

Above we have a link to a Maple Rum. This will give your drink a sweeter taste. There are a variety of different rums you can choose from though. So, I would go with what you like and what you prefer. Here are some good rums that go well in cocktails:

Can I Use Frozen Berries

I personally think fresh is best, but if you don’t have fresh berries, you can always use the frozen berries. Keep in mind that frozen fruit may make the drink a little less sweet and a little more watery. However, you will still have a delicious triple berry cocktail.
