Can you Ship Wine to New York?
While you can’t ship wine privately almost anywhere in the United States, residents of New York state are allowed to receive shipments from permit holding wine clubs. All of the wine clubs we’ve included in our reviews above are permitted to ship to the state of New York.
With some of the more lenient laws in the country, New York residents over the age of 21 may receive no more than 36 cases of wine a year. Now, you’d have to be a pretty big wine drinker to exceed that limit, so you really shouldn’t have any problem staying within the limit unless you’re doing a lot of entertaining.
